During extreme weather conditions (e.g., very cold or hot seasons), we may delay shipping to protect the plants. We’ll notify you promptly if such delays occur.

Estimated delivery time is 3-5 business days. Actual delivery time may vary based on your location and carrier performance. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

We currently ship only within the continental United States (excluding territories and P.O. boxes).

While we strive to ship all orders on time, unforeseen circumstances such as bad weather, holiday volume, or carrier delays may affect delivery times. Brightpatio Furniture is not responsible for such delays but will assist you in tracking and resolving issues with the carrier.
6. Packaging & Plant Safety
All plants are carefully packaged with protective materials to reduce the risk of damage during transit. If your plant arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours with photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
