Eligibility for Refunds

You may request a refund within 10 days of receiving your order, provided the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unused and in its original condition;

  • Original packaging is intact;

  • The product is not a non-refundable custom or final sale item;

  • The plant was not damaged due to improper storage after delivery.

Refunds are granted in full if the issue was due to our fault (damaged item, wrong item sent, shipping errors).


How to Request a Refund

  2. Approval & Instructions
    We’ll respond within 1 business day to confirm eligibility and provide the return address and instructions.

  3. Return the Item
    If return is required, please ship the item within 3 days of approval using a trackable shipping method.

  4. Refund Processing
    Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 2 business days.

  • Shipping Fees: If the refund is requested for personal reasons (e.g., changed mind), original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility;
